Little Switzerland Ski Hill Styled Wedding Shoot in Slinger Wisconsin
Having a perfect white snowy backdrop for your Wisconsin winter wedding is the dream, right?! Check out these photos from a glamorous black, gold, and green winter wedding styled shoot on the ski slopes of Little Switzerland.
Our sweetheart table was set with a gold patterned sequin table cloth, two bold kings chairs, gold chargers, clear gold rimmed plates, black napkins, gold dipped wine glasses, bride and groom champagne flutes, a long green and gold garland, and dramatic black candlesticks.
Our beautiful bride wore a stunning lace and sparkle covered Morilee by Madeline Gardner gown, along with a classic black fur shawl.
Underneath the glamorous gown, she also rocked a pair of Sperry snow boots.
The groom looked dapper in his black tux and gold bow tie.
They really were snow in love…
And then the party really got started once the champagne popped!!
Since a lot of winter weddings take place around the holidays, we wanted to feature an elegant black and gold Christmas tree - but added a little twist and made it out of a ladder! The topper was made out of a styrofoam cube, a lot of ribbon, and gold sparkle floral sprigs (I found these at Hobby Lobby!). The ornaments were hung from the top of the ladder with fishing line and floral dots.
Oh, and the coolest part about this shoot was having some behind the scenes action captured in video! Follow this link to my Facebook page to check it out.
