Ski Hill Holiday Tablescape in Slinger, Wisconsin
The holiday season is officially upon us! To celebrate all things merry and bright, I got together with Stephanie from Cover it with Class to set up a unique and brightly colored holiday tablescape on the slopes of Little Switzerland in Slinger, Wisconsin.
We chose both a sequin black tablecloth and black satin chair covers to make the entire table pop against the white snowy background. The black color base also made all the hot pink, purple, green, teal, and silver stand out even more.
Teal was our main color pop. We used teal for our chargers, table runner, and chair sashes. Also, these rosette chair sash ties make my heart happy.
We placed silver sparkly touches all around to accent the bright colors.
Our centerpiece was a DIY ornament tree. It was made with a cone shaped piece of styrofoam, bright colored ornaments, silver tinsel, bright colored sparkle springs (can be found at a craft store) and a whole lotta hot glue!
As a host, never be afraid to take risks and get creative when it comes to setting your tables! Bright colors aren’t always associated with the holidays, but they really represent the season -- all that is bright, happy, and cheery!
